How to make a booking?
The box office is open Monday to Friday from 1pm to 7pm.
On performance dates, the bow office is also open on Saturday 1pm to 7pm and on Sunday 1pm to 2pm.

Change dates
You can exchange your tickets for another date of the same show, subject to availability.
- Free for season ticket subscribers, to 48 hours before the performance
- Free change of date once during the season for holders of the discount card
- Cost: €10 per seat for individuals.

The e-ticket exchange
Can't make it? The Opéra-Comique's official ticket exchange allows you to resell some of your tickets in complete confidence and security up to 1 hour before the start of the performance.
How can you do this?
Open to e-tickets for the 2025-2026 season and only purchased on the Opéra-Comique website and by telephone.
Please note that if your ticket is not an e-ticket, you must change its status by calling the box office on 01 70 23 01 31 from Monday to Friday between 1pm and 6.30pm, so that you can access the ticket exchange.
Only tickets for shows and concerts are concerned. The sale price of the ticket set by the reseller may not exceed its face value.
Only full-price, season ticket, membership card and youth e-tickets may be offered for sale.
You wish to resell tickets
- Go to the Opéra-Comique website
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Click on the Resell tickets tab. You can only sell tickets linked to your account and in your name. Click on the button View details of the concert for which you wish to resell one or more tickets. Tickets can only be sold from the personal space corresponding to the name on the ticket.
- Tick the tickets you wish to resell and confirm by clicking Resell selected tickets.
- No discount is possible on the resale of your tickets. Confirm your details and confirm by clicking on Put on sale.
ATTENTION: The Opéra-Comique cannot guarantee the sale of your tickets on the ticket exchange.
Once the ticket has been resold, you will be informed by email and your money will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the ticket online.
(If you have changed bank in the meantime, the money will be credited to your old bank account). If you change your mind or if your ticket has not found a buyer, you can get it back at any time and it will remain valid for the show.
Be sure to check that your tickets have not been sold before carrying out this operation.
Access to the resale of your tickets
You wish to buy tickets
- Click on the Ticket Exchange link.
- Select the concert for which you would like to buy one or more tickets. Only concerts for which tickets are available appear in the list.
- Select the ticket(s) you wish to purchase.
A €3 handling fee will be added to your order.
Reminder: You must be a subscriber, member or young person in order to purchase tickets at these prices.
ATTENTION: The Opéra Comique cannot guarantee that tickets offered for resale on the official e-ticket exchange will be sold.
