The Opéra Comique has been shortlisted and can be awarded the Fedora prize this year thanks to you:
- Opera Prize for Carmen. An opera co-produced with the Beijing Music Festival
- Digital Prize: Creative Opera Educational Videos with the Theater of Modena. A project of videos on opera accessible to everyone.
The Fedora Prize is an annual prize awarded by the European Circle of Philanthropists of Opera and Ballet, made up of patrons and set up in 2014 under the chairmanship of Jérôme-François Zieseniss as a tribute to Rolf Liebermann.
It aims to reveal new talents and support the renewal and rejuvenation of ballet and opera. It is for this philanthropist purpose that the association raises funds “for the creation of new opera and ballet co-productions.”
The public vote will be decisive in deciding between the contestants.
