La bonne cause

There are maids at the opera. At the opera, they are no maids. Among the many social categories represented on lyrical stages, only a few aren’t in the audience. This is the case with domestic workers whose presence in the repertoire and audiences is the subject of this art research project led by the CNSMDP.
