Spending a day with your family around opera is possible! A few hours before attending the performance, parents and children embark on a journey to discover a show. We provide you with all the keys to open your ears and eyes wide: everything you need to fully enjoy the performance and experience an exciting lyrical adventure.
Duration: 1 hour | €10 (per child and per adult), ticket combined with show.

Discovering the story of Chasing Rainbows
A family workshop to celebrate the joy and tenderness of singing and the world of Julie Andrews. A touch of magic, a pinch of dream and lots of music will accompany this moment of discovery through the enchanting tunes of cult musicals. To prepare your ears before the show, let yourself be swept away in a bubble of softness and fantasy around melodies that bring us together and comfort us!

Discover La Petite Balade aux Enfers.
A family workshop to discover the myth of Orpheus before the curtain rises! Children will be introduced to this mythological hero, ready to defy the Underworld for love. The magic of his song charms the monsters, upsets the gods and proves that love is stronger than death... With this lively and entertaining introduction, children can explore the value of this universal myth that celebrates the power of love and the beauty of life.
Sunday 7 June 2026 - 11am
Discover the story of Brundibár.
A family workshop to discover a story of courage, solidarity... and music! Before the show, children will meet Aninka, Pepíček and the terrible Brundibár, and plunge into a tale full of hope where mutual aid triumphs over injustice. Thanks to this joyful and sensitive exploration, they will gain a better understanding of the unique story of this opera like no other, and will be thrilled by the young artists of the Maîtrise Populaire.
